Black China tea with orange peel, cloves, cornflowers and winter spices, with hints of panettone - it looks and smells gorgeous! Not very seasonal perhaps, but still delicious!
We're delighted to have discovered a local supply from Butterworth's & Son in Bury St Edmunds, teasmiths since the 19th century. (We don't get this tea in circular supply yet - but we hope to if we can recruit enough tea-drinkers. Butterworth's always try to give us as little packaging as possible.)
For best results, use 3.5g per 180ml water at 100 degrees and brew for 5 minutes.
Choose 125g in an aluminium tin or multiples of 100g packaged in a paper bag.
